Groups and/or individuals are needed to clean, disinfect and organize toys at Almost Home Kids at OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois.
Almost Home Kids provides transitional care in a home-like setting for children with complex medical needs, as well as training and respite care for their families. Almost Home Kids is a bridge from hospital to home. Transitional care is a program for children who are medically stable and ready to leave the hospital; however, families need some extra time to make preparations for their children's return home. In a comforting environment, children receive 24-hour medical support from skilled pediatric nurses.
