Peoria Walk Chairperson Role:
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s Event Chair will…..
- Serve as the volunteer leader for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
- Commit your company as one of the top three sponsors.
- Lead or appoint someone to serve as your Company Leader and commit to becoming a top fundraising team at your Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
- Recruit additional Executive Leadership Team members and lead the ELT as they secure sponsorship and company teams.
- Assist in recruitment and participation in the Leadership Roundtable
- Become an Elite Grand Champions Club member.
- Working with staff leadership, secure next year’s Event Chair.
Length of Involvement: 12 - 18 months
Responsibilities
- Lead four Executive Leadership Team meetings.
- Attend Company Team Kickoff and Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
- Attend Leadership Roundtable (if scheduled during tenure)
- Work closely with your staff partner to ensure the success of the event.
