Volunteers in this role help ensure the timley and safe transportation of blood & bloodlike products. Blood drivers play a critical role in supporting both routine operations and emergency efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport blood products, supplies and equipment to designated locations
- Communicate effectiviely with Red Cross Staff and volunteers
- Follow all safety protocols and transportation guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- Willingness to complete required trainings
Volunteer must be smart phone savvy, love to drive
*Currently have an extreme need for weekend & evening drivers*
