Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois serves 21 counties in Central Illinois. In our 80+ years of service, our non-profit has made it a priority to utilize the proceeds from our retail stores to provide free programs and services to fulfill the agency's mission of transforming donations into life and job skills training and employment services. Some of those programs include the following:
- Employment Services helps all jobseekers gain the training and support they need to grow their careers and support their families.
- General Wayne A. Downing Home for Veterans provides permanent supportive housing for disabled veterans.
- Youth Mentoring provides teens with a supportive mentor and role model.
- Computer skills training, forklift safety certification.
