The Heart of Illinois United Way offers nonprofits a 30-minute information session via Zoom about our Skills Link platform. It's a great way to learn more about skills-based volunteering, along with a quick overview of Skills Link features.

Skills Link is a volunteer and nonprofit networking platform that connects volunteers with specific skills, experience, and expertise with nonprofits to help them achieve their mission and goals. In addition to a membership directory where nonprofits and volunteers can browse profiles and contact each other, the new platform features a tool that allows nonprofits to post board or committee roles, project-based needs, request a consultation, or advertise a request for a speaker.
