If Easterseals can collect 20 blood donations, the Easterseals Learning Academy will qualify for a life-saving grant = extra $$$ for educational materials). All donors will receive a voucher to redeem a free sugar skull T-shirt in time for Halloween!

If you received a flu shot, you can still donate blood if you are symptom-free and meet all other eligibility requirements. Neither the flu shot nor the intranasal vaccine is cause for a blood donation deferral because there is no risk of transmitting influenza after receiving the vaccines.
