We are seeking volunteers for our 20th Annual Easterseals Black and Blue Ball! Volunteers will play a crucial role in supporting various logistical aspects that help make the event a success.Here are the details.
Easterseals Black and Blue Ball
Date: Friday, February 7, 2025
Venue: Peoria Civic Center
Time: Beginning at 5pm.
Our current top needs include:
- Raffle Roamers (5:00 PM–7:00 PM): Are you outgoing? This role is for you! Volunteers will sell raffle tickets for various prizes to guests at the event. You’ll work in pairs.
- Bremer Raffle Table (5:30 PM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–9:00 PM): Volunteers will sell Bremer raffle tickets at the designated table until they’re gone (200 chances available).
- Registration (5:00 PM–7:00 PM): Help with guest check-in, distributing wristbands, and providing table numbers. This role involves data entry on laptops.
We may also have additional roles based on event needs, and we’ll place volunteers accordingly.
All volunteers are invited to stay as our guest after volunteering.
