Our Work
Since 1904, Big Brothers Big Sisters has been changing children's lives by matching them with caring adults to guide them on a path to success. Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and children ("Littles") to develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.
Ways to Volunteer
Heart of Illinois Big Brothers Big Sisters creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. We enroll children ages 5-14 and once in a match, a child can remain in the program until they turn 18 years old or graduate high school.
Please contact Hannah Daly at H.daly@hoibbbs.org or 309-637-1771 for more information on becoming a "Big".
